NAMU FAMILY PORTRAITS

Perfect family photos without having to be a perfect family.

Kids can run. Parents can breathe. Nobody has to pose...much.

Wanna hear something cool? The best family photos usually happen between the poses.

The laughter, the chaos, the weird little looks, the kid who refuses to cooperate - those moments often become the best part of the shoot, and in the decades after the session, those shots are the ones we all end up looking at over and over again.

Very little stress.

Kids are easily distracted. Parents get stressed trying to manage everybody. Somebody is too tired from walking. Someone won't stop making weird faces at the camera. A toddler decides they are completely done being photographed.

ALL normal!

I am absolutely great at adapting quickly to changing circumstances, and wrangling kids is second nature to me - keeping bored/disinterested/nervous/animated children focused on my lens is one of my best magic tricks.

The process is simple.

First, booking. You book a session online, we'll hop on a call or email, and we'll pick a location! Once you've made payment, you'll get a contract to sign via email.

Next, the session itself. We'll walk around a bit, finding fun spots at our chosen location. I’ll give direction if I think it will help, or let things flow if we're moving naturally. Sometimes we'll stop for five minutes because a kid found a cool rock and the rock is now the most important thing in the universe. That's fine! Other times, we'll run into a spot everyone seems to love and we'll shoot there for a bit. We'll amble, we'll chat, we'll get to know each other, and we'll take a bunch of pretty pictures along the way.

Finally, the delivery! This is the (even more) fun part. Within 7 business days (sometimes sooner), you'll get an email with a link to your online gallery. You order prints directly from your gallery, and everyone can create folders of their own favorites and print or download just those. You can even share the link directly with anyone you like.

I love to hear what you thought of the whole shebang, so I'll email or call a few days after and check in!

Your family isn't generic, and your portraits shouldn't be either.
