Graduation portrait session by Namu

✦ GRAD PORTRAITS ✦

Formal enough
for your parents,
cool enough
for you.

PARENTS VS GRADS

The challenge is that everyone
wants something different, right?
And that's cool!

TEAM PARENTS 01

Parents Might Want

  • Something they can frame
  • Classic, timeless photos
  • A smiling graduate
  • Cap and gown front and center
  • Traditional poses and familiar backgrounds

No worries. Standard in every session.

TEAM GRAD 02

But Grads Might Want

  • Casual shots that actually look like them
  • Fun poses
  • Favorite spots with the homies
  • Photos worth sharing on the 'Gram
  • A few crazy shots just because

You got it. I can shoot these all day.

THE PROCESS:
In Three Acts

ACT I

The Planning

We can wing it, or we can plan it. Your call! If we wing it, we'll just pick a date, time and location, show up and have fun shooting. If we plan it, we'll hop on a phone or Zoom call and we’ll talk vibe, locations, what you want to wear, fun ideas/props/themes, etc. Then we'll show up and have fun shooting, lol.

ACT II

The Session

Worried about posing? I got you. One of the things I'm best at is bossing people around. I'm a natural! If you don't know what to do with your hands, how to sit or where to look, I’ll make it easy with clear direction and almost no yelling. We can even blast your favorite playlist, swap jokes or do whatever helps you relax.

ACT III

The Reveal

No waiting months wondering how your photos turned out! I’m a certified champion who delivers waaay faster than most photographers. You’ll get a curated, professionally edited gallery within seven business days, often sooner, ready for social sharing, print ordering or emailing to judgy family members.

LOCATION

SLO County
as a backdrop?
That’s cheating,
fam.

Beaches, hills, downtown SLO, campus spots, weird little corners with good light. We can hit the spots everyone else hits, like the Cal Poly sign wall, Poly Canyon, Bubblegum Alley and Terrace Hill, but we can also find something more personal, especially if there’s a place that actually means something to you.

Coverage area: Santa Barbara through Paso Robles.
