The central coast is a thriving, vibrant community, but unfortunately, there are a few groups of people that are underrepresented here, including the LGBTQ+ and black communities. Euree Hong is graduating from Cal Poly and her senior project was an art showing featuring her own work and the work of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ artists. I donated my photography services for the event, and I had a great time meeting a lot of young, passionate people ready to take on the world.
